The appellant challenged a State Council resolution annulling the building-permit procedure for a spoil disposal site. Before judgment, counsel informed the court that the appellant had transferred all assets to a newly created foundation. The Administrative Court held that the appeal had become moot and ordered the case struck from the roll. It further decided that no fees or costs would be levied and no compensation would be awarded.
Mootness in administrative appeal proceedings; strike-out of the case where the contested interest has disappeared. If, during the appeal, the appellant loses the practical and legal interest required for adjudication, the court removes the matter from the docket as devoid of object. In such circumstances, and absent a substantive determination, it may order that no court costs be levied and no party compensation be granted (consid. 1-2).

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli poiché divenuto privo d'oggetto.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
