The appellant challenged a disciplinary decision of the State Council imposing a one-month suspension from teaching without salary. At the hearing on 7 May 1998, he withdrew the appeal. preso atto che nel corso dell'udienza 7 maggio 1998 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
La tassa di giustizia di fr. 400.-- e le spese di fr. 330.-- sono a carico del ricorrente.
