The Administrative Court of Ticino dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision confirming a six-month driving licence revocation. Before any merits review, the appellant’s lawyer informed the court on 24 April 1998 that the appeal was withdrawn. decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
