The appellant filed an administrative appeal against the State Council's refusal to renew her residence permit and to grant a permit for her daughter. On 11 April 2000, her representative informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The Administrative Court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.

decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
