The appellant withdrew its appeal against the State Council’s procurement decision of 22 December 1999. The Tribunal cantonale amministrativo noted the withdrawal, held that the proceedings were thereby exhausted, struck the appeal from the roll, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied.
