la decisione 26 ottobre 2004 (n. 4798) del Consiglio di Stato che respinge il ricorso 22 settembre 2004 dell’insorgente avverso la decisione 8 settembre 2004 del municipio di CO 1 con la quale le ordina la sospensione d’uso del posteggio abusivo e nel contempo le ingiunge di presentare una domanda di costruzione in sanatoria per il posto auto;
preso atto che il 13 dicembre 2004 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
