The appellant challenged the State Council's decision annulling a public procurement tender for paving works, but its counsel later informed the court in writing that the appeal was withdrawn. The Tribunal cantonale amministrativo therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the roll, and ordered that no court fees or costs be collected.
