The Ticino Territorial Planning Court dealt with an appeal against approval of a zoning plan. During the hearing and later by written filing, the appellants withdrew the challenge. The court therefore held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It also decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged.
