The appellant challenged the State Council’s approval of a zoning-plan amendment concerning an inventory of buildings outside buildable zones in the municipality. At the hearing on 6 May 1997, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Territorial Planning Court held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck off the docket. It further ordered that no fees or costs be collected.
