The Territorial Planning Court in Lugano dealt with an appeal against a State Council resolution approving an inventory of buildings outside the building zone in a municipality. After the State Council accepted the appeal, the court held that the dispute had become moot. It therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no taxes or costs be levied.
