Tenor

Unter Aufhebung der Vollstreckungsbescheide des Amtsgerichts Aachen vom 18.09.1986 2 B 15972/86 wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits mit Ausnahme der Säumnis trägt die Klägerin. Die Kosten, die durch die Säumnis der Beklagten entstanden sind, tragen die Beklagten.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin kann jedoch die Vollstreckung gegen Leistung einer Sicherheit in Höhe von 400,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Be-klagten vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leisten.
