Der in der Eigentümerversammlung vom 30.04.03 unter TOP 9 gefasste Beschluss zur Änderung des Wasserverteilungsschlüssels wird für ungültig erklärt.
Im übrigen werden die Anträge zurückgewiesen.
Von den Gerichtskosten des Verfahrens tragen die Antragstellerin 2/3 und die weitere Beteiligte Verwalterin 1/3. Von den außergerichtlichen Kosten sämtlicher Beteiligter trägt die weitere Beteiligte Verwalterin 1/3. Im übrigen trägt jeder Beteiligte seine außergerichtlichen Kosten selbst.
