Tenor
Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 775 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 10. 8. 2002 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat der Beklagte zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Dem Kläger wird gestattet, die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aus dem Urteil vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht der Beklagte zuvor in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
