Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.636,69 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 5.9.2003 zu zahlen.

Es wird festgestellt, dass der Beklagte verpflichtet ist, dem Kläger allen zukünftig entstehenden materiellen Schaden aus dem Ereignis vom 29.6.2001 in C-Stadt zu ersetzen hat, soweit der Schaden nicht auf Sozialversiherungsträger übergegangen ist.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat der Beklagte zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
