Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 1.603,49 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.06.2007 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu voll-streckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
