Tenor

  1. Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 201,59 € sowie weitere 62,48 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basis-zinssatz seit dem 16.05.2009 zu zahlen. Im Üb-rigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

  2. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites trägt die Kläge-rin.

  3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Klä-gerin kann die Vollstreckung des Beklagten abwenden, indem sie Sicherheit leistet in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages, wenn nicht der Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit leistet in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
