Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Klägerin zu tragen. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der jeweilige Vollstreckungsschuldner darf die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der jeweilige Vollstreckungsgläubiger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit leistet.
