Der Antragsgegner ist des eingelegten Rechtsmittels der sofortigen Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Amtsgerichts Schleiden vom 14.03.11 verlustig und hat die Kosten des Beschwerdeverfahrens zu tragen, weil er seine sofortige Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Amtsgerichts Schleiden (2 H 3/11) vom 14.03.11 zurückgenommen hat.
Dieser Beschluss ergeht nach § 516 Abs. 3 ZPO analog.
