für Recht erkannt:
Der Antragsgegner wird verurteilt, an die Antragstellerin zum Ausgleich des Zugewinns 127 567, 52 € nebst Zinsen i. H. v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz der EZB seit dem 19.12.2009 zu zahlen.
Die Ehewohnung, nämlich das Hausanwesen G-Straße xx, I-Stadt nebst allen zugehörigen Gebäude- und Grundstücksteilen, wird dem Antragsgegner zugewiesen und die Antragstellerin wird verurteilt, das besagte Anwesen zu räumen und geräumt an den Antragsgegner herauszugeben.
Auch die weiteren Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
Die Entscheidung zum Zugewinnausgleich ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung i. H. v. 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
