Tenor

Der Beschluss des Amtsgerichts Aachen vom 10.03.2015 wird dahingehend berichtigt, dass es in der Beschlussformel Absatz 6 im Rahmen der Umgangsregelung des Kindesvaters mit dem Kind S bei den Umgangszeiten zutreffend lauten muss: Von 11.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr.

Der Beschluss wird weiterhin in der Beschlussformel dahingehend ergänzt, dass die 14-tägige Umgangsregelung sowohl mit den Kindern M und B als auch mit dem Kind S ab Juni 0000 jeweils an den ungeraden Wochen des Jahres erfolgen soll.

Im Übrigen wird der Berichtigungsantrag zurückgewiesen.

Auf die eingelegte Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss vom 10.03.2015 wird das Verfahren dem Oberlandesgericht Köln mit der Bitte um Entscheidung vorgelegt.
