Tenor

Unter Aufhebung des Versäumnisurteils des Amtsgerichts Aachen vom 09.11.2017, Az.: 107 C 148/17, wird die Beklagte verurteilt, an die Kläger 1.464,30 €nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 05.05.2017 zu zahlen.

Die durch ihre Säumnis im Termin am 09.11.2017 entstandenen Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen vorab die Kläger. Die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Kläger nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages. Die Kläger dürfen die Vollstreckung der Beklagten gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
