Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den Kläger von der Forderung der W KG, N-Straße 00, 00000 Q zur Rechnungsnummer 00/13 in Höhe von 530,81 € durch Zahlung an die W KG freizustellen.
Weiterhin wird die Beklagte verurteilt, an den Kläger 142,56 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 24.03.2015 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
