Tenor

Der am 30.April 2003 vor dem Oberlandesgericht Hamm zum Akten- zeichen 11 UF 248/02 abgeschlossene Vergleich wird dahingehend abgeändert, dass der Kläger an die Beklagte ab dem 11.April 2005

nur noch einen monatlichen Elementarunterhalt in Höhe von 299,--EUR und einen Altersvorsorgeunterhalt in Höhe von 74,--EUR zu zahlen hat.

Die Klage im übrigen wird abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger 10 %, die Beklagte 90 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung oder Hinterlegung

in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
