Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 119,00 € ( i. B. einhundertneunzehn Euro) Zug um Zug gegen Rückgabe des Plagiats einer Louis Vuitton Tasche sowie weitere 272,33 € ( i. B. zweihundertzweiundsiebzig 33/100 Euro) nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 21.03.2006 aus 390,00 € ( i. B. dreihundertneunzig Euro) zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Parteien je zur Hälfte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
