Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 513,28 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf

Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 06.11.2003 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Kläger zu 1/5 und der Beklagten zu 4/5

auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung eines Tatbestandes wird nach § 313a I ZPO abgesehen.
