Tenor
Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 345,02 € nebst 5% Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz der EZB aus 257,57 € seit dem 21.12.01, aus 64,13 € seit dem 21.12.01 sowie aus 23,31 € seit dem 18.01.02 zu zahlen.
Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin wegen des Hundebisses vom 10.11.2000 und der dadurch von der Klägerin erlittenen Verletzungen ein Schmerzensgeld in Höhe von 733,26 € zu zahlen.
Es wird festgestellt, daß der Beklagte verpflichtet ist, der Klägerin zu einem Anteil von 2/3 alle materiellen und immateriellen Zukunftsschäden zu ersetzen, die aus dem Hundebiß vom 10.11.2000 resultieren.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 1/3
und der Beklagte zu 2/3.
Das Urteil ist für die Klägerin gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 2.000,00 € vorläufig vollstreckbar.
