Tenor

Es wird festgestellt, dass das zwischen den Parteien bestehende Vertragsverhältnis zur Kundennummer ##########, betreffend die Bereitstellung eines ISDN-Telefonanschlusses mit der Rufnummer #####-#### sowie die Bereitstellung von T-DSL an einem Euro-ISDN-As, durch Kündigung der Beklagten vom 30.09.2005 nicht beendet worden ist und weiterhin fortbesteht.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
