Tenor

Das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Bonn vom 20.11.2008 (2 C 237/08) wird mit der Maßgabe aufrechterhalten, dass der Beklagte verurteilt wird, an den Kläger 654,86 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 02.05.2008 zu zahlen, und dass sich seine vorläufige Vollstreckbarkeit nach diesem Urteil richtet.

Darüber hinaus wird der Beklagte verurteilt, an den Kläger weitere 17,00 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 20.07.2009 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Der Beklagte trägt die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils beizutreibenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
