Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 938,62 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus 220,26 € seit dem 16.02.2010, aus 77,11 € seit dem 17.03.2010 und aus 641,25 € seit dem 12.04.2010 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der jeweilige Vollstreckungsschuldner kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der jeweilige Vollstreckungsgläubiger zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet
