Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Kläger 557,20 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 06.02.2008 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger zu 80 % und die Beklagten zu 20 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Parteien ist nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
