Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 180,88 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.02.2011 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 84 % und die Beklagte zu 14 %. (*)

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Parteien bleibt jeweils nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht der jeweils andere Teil vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
