Tenor

Der Beschluss der WEG-Versammlung vom 11.06.2012 unter TOP 3 „Beratung und Beschlussfassung über die Genehmigung der Gesamt- und Einzelabrechnungen für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2011“ wird hinsichtlich der Heizkostenabrechnungen für ungültig erklärt.
