In this first-instance civil matter, the Bonn Local Court addressed costs and the amount in dispute. It stated that a claim seeking to achieve an objectively impossible result lacks a need for legal protection and is inadmissible. That was the case where the defendant had named a telephone-number porting date coinciding with receipt of the court-cost advance.
