Tenor

Auf die Erinnerung der Bevollmächtigten der Beklagten vom 17.02.2019 werden die Kostenfestsetzungsbeschlüsse des Amtsgericht Bonn vom 07.02.2019 und 19.12.2018 wie folgt abgeändert:

auf den Antrag der Beklagten auf ergänzende Kostenfestsetzung vom 24.12.2018 werden weitere 1,94 EUR (5 % von 38,80 EUR gemäß der Kostenquote) zu Gunsten der Beklagten festgesetzt, damit sind auf Grund des Urteils des Landgerichts Bonn vom 04.09.2018 (Az. 5 S 72/18) von der Beklagten

1.908,30 EUR - eintausendneunhundertacht Euro und dreizig Cent -

nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz nach § 247 BGB seit dem 18.09.2018 an die Kläger zu erstatten.

Die Entscheidung ergeht gerichtsgebührenfrei; außergerichtliche Kosten werden nicht erstattet.
