Tenor

I. Der Einspruch des Beklagten vom 03.08.2006 wird mit der Maßgabe verworfen, dass der Vollstreckungsbescheid des Amtsgerichts Hagen vom 24.07.2006 (Geschäfts-Nr. 06-5001900-0-0) mit der Maßgabe aufrechterhalten bleibt, dass der Beklagte verurteilt bleibt, an die Klägerin 2.274,51 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 % über dem Basiszinssatz aus dem Betrag von 477,82 € vom 27.09.2004 bis 27.04.2005, aus einem Betrag von weiteren 5.396,69 € vom 28.02.2005 bis 27.04.2005, aus einem weiteren Betrag von 3.574,51 € vom 28.04.2005 bis 03.08.2005, aus einem weiteren Betrag von 2.274,51 € seit dem 04.08.2005, sowie vorgerichtliche Mahnkosten in Höhe von 5,00 € zu zahlen.

II. Im übrigen wird der Vollstreckungsbescheid aufgehoben und die Klage abgewiesen.

III. Der Beklagte trägt auch die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

IV. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
