Tenor
Die Beschlüsse der Wohnungseigentümerversammlung vom 12.06.2014 zu TOP 4 b) (Abdichtung der Garagenwand), TOP 4 c) (Grundstückszaun), TOP 6 (Kostentragung), TOP 8 a) und TOP 8 b) (Gesamtwirtschaftsplan und Einzelwirtschaftsplan 2014) hinsichtlich der Positionen Reinigungskraft, Hausmeister, Reparaturen und Verschiedenes, TOP 11 (Werkzeuge) und TOP 12 (Vermessung) werden für ungültig erklärt.
Die Beklagten tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist wegen der Kosten gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 Prozent des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
