werden die Vergütung und die Auslagen der Zwangsverwalterin Rechtsanwältin X1, H Straße 30, ##### C für den Abrechnungszeitraum vom 16.03.2016 bis 26.01.2017 wie folgt festgesetzt:

278.713,99 € Vergütung 440,00 € Auslagen 279.153,99 € 53.039,26 € Umsatzsteuer (19%)

Auf diesen Betrag ist der durch Beschluss vom 10.11.2016 festgesetzte und der Masse bereits entnommene Vorschuss in Höhe von 59.500,00 € in Anrechnung zu bringen .

Die rechtlichen Wirkungen dieses Beschlusses treten erst mit dem Eintritt seiner Rechtskraft ein.
