The mother applied to the Bottrop District Court on 18 August 2010 for regulation of her contact with T. After the court asked whether she continued to pursue the application, she confirmed by counsel’s submission of 11 May 2012 that she did not. The other participants did not object to the court’s announced termination. The court ended the proceedings because there was no longer a need for judicial regulation. No court costs were charged, and no extrajudicial costs were reimbursed.

Das auf Antrag der Kindesmutter vom 18.08.2010 eingeleitete Verfahren auf gerichtliche Regelung ihres Umgangs mit T wird eingestellt, da ein Regelungsbedürfnis nicht (mehr) besteht. Die antragstellende Kindesmutter hat auf gezielte Nachfrage des Gerichts mit Anwaltsschriftsatz vom 11.05.2012 ausdrücklich erklärt, dass sie ihren Antrag nicht weiter verfolgt.
Die weiter Beteiligten haben sich - bei gegebener Gelegenheit - nicht gegen die mit Gerichtsschreiben vom 19.04.2012 angekündigte Verfahrenseinstellung gewandt, so dass von allseitigem Einverständnis mit dieser Verfahrensweise auszugehen ist.
Da der vorliegende Beschluss im Konsens mit den Beteiligten ergeht, wird von einer weiter führenden Begründung abgesehen.
Gerichtskosten werden nicht erhoben; außergerichtliche Kosten sind nicht zu erstatten.
