Tenor

Der Betroffene wird wegen fahrlässiger Überschreitung der zulässigen Höchstgeschwindigkeit zu einer Geldbuße von 240,00 EUR verurteilt. Dem Betroffenen wird die Dauer von einem Monat verboten, Kraftfahrzeuge jeder Art im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr zu führen. Das Fahrverbot wird erst wirksam, wenn der Führerschein nach Rechtskraft des Urteils in amtliche Verwahrung gelangt, spätestens jedoch mit Ablauf von vier Monaten seit Eintritt der Rechtskraft. Die Kosten des Verfahrens seine notwendigen Auslagen trägt der Betroffene (§§ 41 Abs. 1 i.V.m. Anl. 2, 49 StVO, 24, 25 StVG, 11.3.8 BKat, 4 Abs. 1 BKatV).
