Tenor

Unter teilweiser Abänderung des Urteils des OLG Hamm vom 21.12.2005 - Az. 8 UF 51/05 - wird der Kläger verurteilt, an die Beklagte für die Monate November 2008 bis einschließlich April 2009, zukünftige Beträge jeweils bis zum 3. eines jeden Monats im Voraus, Geschiedenenunterhalt in Höhe von monatlich 238,30 € zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Abänderungsklage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 5/6 und die Beklagte zu 1/6.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 2.400,00 € abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte zuvor in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
