durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für Recht erkannt:

I. Die am 07. September 1978 vor dem Standesbeamten

des Standesamtes XX unter Heiratsregister

Nr.: X geschlossene Ehe der Parteien wird

geschieden.

II. Die elterliche Sorge für M, geb. 04.02.1979

wird der Antragstellerin (Mutter) übertragen.

III. Vom Rentenversicherungskonto des Antragsgegners bei der

Bundesversicherungsanstalt für Angestellte zu VS-Nr.:

XXX werden auf das Rentenversicherungskonto

der Antragstellerin bei der Bundesversicherungsanstalt für

Angestellte zu VS-Nr.: XXX Rentenanwartschaften

in Höhe von monatlich 20,35 DM (i.B. Zwanzig 35/100 Deutsche

Mark), bezogen auf den 31. Dezember 1983, übertragen.

IV. Der Antragsgegner wird verurteilt, der Antragstellerin ab Rechts-

kraft der Scheidung - monatlich im voraus zum 1. eines jeden

Monats, 535,--DM (i.B. Fünfhundertfünfunddreißig Deutsche

Mark) zu zahlen, davon 270,-- DM für die Antragstellerin, 265,-- DM

für den Sohn M.

V. Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
