für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Der Kläger trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Kläger darf die Zwangsvollstreckung durch
Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 750,-- DM ab-
wenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Voll-
streckung eine entsprechende Sicherheit leistet.
Die Sicherheitsleistungen dürfen auch durch die
selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft einer in der
Bundesrepublik Deutschland ansässigen deutschen
Großbank oder Sparkasse erbracht werden.
