für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Der Kläger trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Kläger darf die Zwangsvoll-

streckung der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung oder Hinterlegung

von DM 600,-- abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung

Sicherheit in entsprechender Höhe leistet. Die Sicherheitsleistung darf

auch durch selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft einer Bank oder Sparkasse

mit Sitz in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland erbracht werden.
