hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 16. März 1995

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 990,79 DM (i.W.: Neunhundertneunzig 79/100 Deutsche Mark) nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem

  1. Oktober 1994 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger 77 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner 23 %.

Das Urteil Ist vorläufig

vollstreckbar.

Die Beklagten dürfen die

Vollstreckung des Klägers

durch Sicherheitsleistung

in Höhe von 1.200,-- DM,

der Kläger darf die Vollstreckung

der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von

650,-- DM abwenden, wenn

nicht jeweils die Gegenseite

Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Die jeweiligen Sicherheiten dürfen auch durch eine selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft in der Bundesrepublik ansässigen Großbank oder Sparkasse geleistet werden.
