Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den

Kläger 600,-- DM nebst 4% Zinsen seit

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem

Kläger zu 57/100 und der Beklagten zu

43/100 auferlegt.
