für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 909,00 DM nebst

4 % Zinsen seit dem 26. Januar 1995 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen zu 1/4 der Kläger und zu 3/4 die

Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
