Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 21.07.1997

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

  1. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin einen Betrag in Höhe

645,50 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 05.02.1997 sowie an den Kläger

einen Betrag in Höhe von 645,50 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem

05.02.1997 zu zahlen.

Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

  1. Die Gerichtskosten tragen die Klägerin und der Kläger je zu 25 %,

im übrigen die Beklagte.

Die Klägerin und der Kläger tragen ihre eigenen außergerichtlichen

Kosten jeweils zu 50 % selbst, im übrigen die Beklagte.

Die Beklagte trägt ihre eigenen außergerichtlichen Kosten zu 50 % selbst,

im übrigen tragen die Klägerin und der Kläger die außergerichtlichen Kosten

der Beklagten jeweils zu 25 %.

  1. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
