für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Der Kläger trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung

durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von DM 1.600,-- abzu-

wenden, sofern nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung

Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Die Sicherheitsleistungen können auch durch Bürgschaft

einer Bank auf dem Boden der Bundesrepublik Deutschland
