für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist wegen der Kosten ohne Sicherheitsleistung vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Leistung einer Sicher-

heit in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn

nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leiste.

Die Sicherheit kann auch durch selbstschuldnerische, unbefristete Bürgschaft

einer deutschen Großbank oder Sparkasse erbracht werden.
