In this partial acknowledgment and final judgment, Düsseldorf Local Court ordered the defendants jointly and severally to pay the plaintiff DM 20, together with 4% interest from 19 October 1999. The court dismissed the remainder of the claim and allocated the costs of the proceedings to the plaintiff. The judgment was declared provisionally enforceable. The plaintiff could avert enforcement of the costs by providing security of DM 500, unless the defendants provided security in the same amount.
